Don't get me wrong, I love me some Carrie Underwood, but girlfriend needs to hire a new hair-stylist. Fast. I don't even know how you would request this 'do. Did she ask to have the top of her mane teased and curled and then the bottom half straightened? Or, was her stylist just on heavy medication? This style just leaves me with so many questions left unanswered.
