Hey guys--I'm hanging in there. I've been reading Mary Higgins Clark's latest mystery novel and sleeping a lot (which I probably needed after this crazy semester). My goal is to feel better by Friday afternoon so I can attend "Happy Hour" at the local Irish Pub. I currently have on this really sweet diaper-looking contraption stuffed with ice wrapped around my head. I'm using it to make the swelling in my cheeks subside (I could seriously give a chip-munk a run for it's money). I would include a picture, but I don't want to scare anyone.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Cinco De Mayo and didn't drink too much tequila :) Wish me luck on my recovery so I can enjoy a margarita a few days late!!
P.S. Watch Tila Tequila tonight because one of the contestants, George, went to my high school and I'm rooting for him.
P.S.S. Did anyone else see Gossip Girl last night? (one of the minor characters, who has had a recurring role this season ALSO went to my high school....I guess PHS bred some talent)
